PAGEANT INFORMATION/DATES & TIMES
LOCATION | Newton Performing Arts Center | 60 W 6th Street, Newton
Doors open at 8:30am | Auditorium opens at 9:30am
*We will only have one crowning.*
AGE DIVISIONS
We will not allow aging up into a division. You will compete the age you are at the time of your pageant.
Baby Miss Reunion: 0 - 18 months
Toddler Miss Reunion: 19 – 35 months
Tiny Miss Reunion: 3 – 5 years old
Little Miss Reunion: 6 - 8 years old
Junior Miss Reunion: 9 - 12 years old
Teen Miss Reunion: 13 - 16 years old
Miss Reunion: 17 - 20 years old
Ms. Reunion: 21 years old & up (single, married, or divorced)
BEAUTY: $85.00 (REQUIRED)
Please make sure that your dress is age appropriate. There are no hair and makeup restrictions, but please keep the contestants age appropriate. MODELING is T - formation. Contestants will compete in random order in each division.
Baby Miss, Toddler Miss & Tiny Miss, Little Miss Contestants
ATTIRE: Sunday best dress, no pageant attire
Junior Miss, Teen Miss, Miss, & Ms. Contestants
ATTIRE: long pageant dress only
ON STAGE BEFORE MODELING: Each contestant will say their NAME, CONTESTANT NUMBER

PHOTOGENIC: $25.00 (OPTIONAL)
Must be a recent picture within a year. Picture can be black & white or color. PICTURES MUST BE TURNED IN WITH APPLICATION!

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD: $20.00 (OPTIONAL)
The contestant who receives the most votes prior to the pageant will win a crown, sash, and trophy. One vote = $1

Judged during on-stage. The contestant who has the highest facial beauty score. Two winners ages 0-8 & age 9+.

OVERALL BEST DRESSED: $20.00 (OPTIONAL)
Judged during on-stage. The contestant with the highest dress score. Two winners ages 0-8 & age 9+.

DEBBIE HUSS HONOR CROWN: (INCLUDED WITH BEAUTY, AGES 9+)
This contestant will have the highest combined score of Beauty, Photogenic, & the Debbie Huss question in the application.
Winner will receive a crown, sash, and trophy

All entered contestants will receive a gift bag.
All applicants will be sent a payment link once approved.
**DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES IS AUGUST 1st, 2026**
PAGEANT RULES
Contestants must be current residents and attend school/live in Catawba, Alexander, Iredell, Lincoln, Caldwell, & Burke Counties. Committee will verify.
Contestants 18 and older that are in college outside of Catawba, Alexander, Iredell, Lincoln, Caldwell, & Burke counties MUST reside in one of these counties when not in school. Committee will verify.
Contestants must secure their own sponsor(s) to pay the entry fee.
No one will be considered a contestant if fees are not paid by the deadline of 08/01/26.
The Mother or Father (only 1) of our Baby Miss, Toddler Miss and Tiny Miss Contestants are permitted backstage and may accompany their daughter on stage during competition. No one will be permitted backstage with contestants during competition except for the Baby, Toddler and Tiny divisions. Disqualification may result if you are backstage with a contestant not in these divisions. Dressing Rooms are NOT considered backstage.
Men are NOT allowed in the Dressing Rooms at any time!
Title Winners will attend the Wednesday night introduction of queens, Reunion Day reception, and ride on the Reunion Queens Float on Thursday, 08.20.2026 You must ride on the float for the entire parade. Failure to do so may result in relinquishing your title.
Poor sportsmanship by contestants, parents, or family will not be tolerated at any time and will result in disqualification.
Contestants will compete in the age division according to their birthdate at the time of the application submission and there will be no exceptions!
All decisions by our Judges are final.
Modeling will be in a T-Formation
